2001 BMW 740il Navigation and Radio problem – someone has an idea about the problem?
nav / my computer screen is blank and my radio goes off every 40 seconds and 2 minutes.
First, check the fuse for the audio / video / navigation systems. If all is well, try disconnecting the form on the NAV (on the left side of the trunk compartment) during the night. Do it with the key off. If it still does in the morning when you re-join, chances are you have a bad NAV module. On rare occasions, the sort of video screen (not mentioned if you have big or small screen, or if you have a screen rear). But it is an expensive repair, and of course, a second notice (Notice your dealer) is justified. There are various points that are connected together could cause system crash.
