VW accidentally installed in an extra accessory in my car. Will I be charged?
Hello, I picked up my new car last weekend and learned VW Bluetooth device installed in my car. The seller said his happy days, and because its their mistake i did not have to pay for it. This morning I received an e-mail voice director asked me to call you back regarding the improperly installed device. Do I have to pay for it even though it installed incorrectly? And even tho the salesman told me would not have to pay for it? Can you take this back? Thanks! Now after having with them words that are threatening to take my car away to remove the bluetooth kit then putting it back on my driving. say it is within his rights? Is that true?
You do not are required to pay for the equipment installed. VW is 100% responsible for any mistakes or indescrepancys they personally conduct. For the seller who says, at the point of sale, this was their mistake and they were free to accept it without charge, that they were entering a verbal agreement with you. Never, under any circumstances, be intimidated or obligation to pay the extra device on your car. If they do down, threatening a lawsuit, I guarantee you will leave the situation alone. Larger firms Companies often use tactics of intimidation and harassment of extra money consumers is – do not fall for this, which are not to blame here. Good luck
